Basic PLUS Vendor Package: 3 days $100

($120 after Oct 1, 2023) ● Roughly 10x10 space. Vendor is allowed TWO 6ft or 8ft tables and two chairs within space, plus any additional fixtures that fit within space. *May have an electrical outlet on a first come-first served basis. ● May share space with another vendor ● Choice of location after premium packages have chosen ● Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and table covers. ● Logo and shoutout on social media

Premium Vendor Package: 3 days $150

($170 after Oct 1, 2023) ● Roughly 10×20 space (two spaces combined). Vendor is allowed up to FOUR 6ft or 8ft tables and four chairs within space, plus any additional fixtures that fit within space. All supplies provided including tables, chairs, linens, set-up, and tear down. ● Shout-outs on Facebook & Instagram ● Vendor may share a space with another vendor. ● Reserved prime location at front entrance of the market area


This holiday season Renewal Ranch will be hosting our very 1st Annual Christmas Market. Inspired by old-fashioned european Christkindlmarkts, our festive 3 day event held at Renewal Ranch's 165 acres and our event center.
The Christkindlmarket, which means Christ Child Market in Deutch, was inspired by the 16th-century Christkindelmarkt in Nuremberg, Germany. Traditionally held in the town square, the market offers food, drinks and seasonal items for sale from open-air stalls, accompanied by traditional singing and dancing..
The vendor packages are tax-deductible as they are considered donations, and you will receive a tax receipt when you register. We are able to do this because you will not be receiving anything with your package except the use of our space. We have a large foyer and a banquet room with stage and soundbooth that can hold up to 100 vendors. Out the back door we will have outdoor vendors (if weather permits) and horse and carriage rides around the lake and property, possibly a petting zoo, and bounce houses for the family day. We will also have a place to sit, relax under tents, and taste German food or a cup of cider.

Renewal Ranch is a faith based residential addiction recovery program for men ages 21 and older. It is located near Conway, Arkansas. Renewal Ranch residents are shepherded and loved through three distinct phases of the Renewal Ranch program. This 12-month program includes counseling, teaching, Bible study, work, and volunteer service. Residents are given the opportunity to develop a personal love relationship with Jesus Christ, and that changes everything! Through this relationship, they can find freedom from the chains of addiction, forgiveness from their past, and hope for their future. 1st Annual Christkindlmarkt

Guten Tag! This year, our Renewal Ranch Christmas event will be an old-fashioned German Christmas Market with German snacks and food, carriage rides, and various musical groups to perform. To kick it off, we will have a ladies night on Thursday, November 30th from 6pm-9pm with special activities and first-chance shopping. Friday will be a normal vendor afternoon and evening from 10am-7pm (possibly with a lunch/dinner option). Finally, Saturday’s activities will be from 10am-7pm. This will be our family-friendly day complete with carriage rides, a chance to visit Santa with photos from a professional photographer, and kids activities! If the weather is nice we can move activities outside. NOTE: times are subject to change.

This will be Renewal Ranch’s 1st annual market and we plan to advertise in local magazines, newspapers, emails, JACK-FM Radio Station, as well as target ads on social media.

  • The event will be held indoors at Renewal Ranch. Vendors are required to provide their own tables, chairs, and table covers for the event except with premium packages. All fixtures must remain with vendors allotted space. Your space must be kept neat and professional at all times.
  • Tables can be rented for the 3 day market for $20 and chairs $5 each (supplies included in the premium package).
  • Must be present for all three days.
  • We do not require any licenses or permits for vendors to participate.
  • Baked goods are allowed as long as they are 100% packaged and sealed.
  • Hot foods are not allowed. Our executive chef at the Ranch will provide the hot food, drinks, and snacks to be consumed on-site. Vendors may only supply takeaway gifts and treats.
  • No alcoholic beverages, vulgar language, or anything inappropriate for a Christian facility. If you have questions about your product, please don’t bring it.
  • Renewal Ranch reserves the right to let vendors know if products are unacceptable and should be removed.
  • Premium and Plus Vendors are allowed to share a space with another vendor. However, only one vendor will be listed on the site per registration. If sharing a booth with another vendor, all they will need to do is arrive at the event and check in under the initial registrant’s name.
  • Direct sales companies can participate. We reserve the right to decide between the same companies.
  • Payment is due at the time of registration (unless arranged). No refunds will be issued. If you cancel, we will transfer your payment to a donation to Renewal Ranch.
  • Setup will take place 1.5 hours prior to the market opening each day. First day setup will be Thursday, November 30th starting at noon.
  • You will receive a vendor welcome email. Before the event, you will receive an email with setup and tear-down instructions.
  • All vendors are expected to promote the market on their social media channels.
  • Should you have additional questions, please email kelli@renewalranch.net.
  • All tables, display racks, display shelves, display bins, grid walls, etc. must fit within your allotted space.
  • Electricity is only available upon request for Plus and Premier Sponsorship vendors.
  • You may offer raffles to draw attention to your space. Let us know and we will add your site to the vendor list to let people know you have a raffle.
  • Your package will include two vendors included to be at your booth. All other visitors, family members, and friends are welcome but will pay a small entrance fee (to be determined).
  • This event is a fundraising event and 100% of proceeds goes to operating expenses at Renewal Ranch.
